Домакините бяха много любезни и отзивчиви. В апартамента има всичко необходимо. Много беше чисто. Спа-зоната и басейнът също бяха добре.

It was clean, nice and neat! The hosts were always there when we needed something and there were even kids toys to play with :)
The only concern was that we were off season and a lot of the restaurants don't work as usual so keep that in mind. Long story short - perfect!
Well..the only thing we've missed was the lack of a coffee machine

Spacious rooms
It was cold during our stay and there was a problem with the central heating so we asked for extra heaters and got two but they were not enough to warm the rooms.There was no cleaning so you have to do it yourself. It is not within the Terra complex so you have to walk outside of the hotel to get to your building, which is rather annoying in the freezing cold of razlog.
