The house is incredible. It is beautiful and well appointed both inside and out. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. Anything that we needed they were on top of it. The location is excellent. The house would get a 10 out of 10 if it were not for some challenges with the canal on which it is located. The mouth of the canal can be very shallow at low tide and I’m sure it could be even worse depending on the moon. At dead low tide, it was less than 2 feet so if you have a larger boat plan accordingly. Also, because there is limited outflow on the south end of the canal the water is stagnant. At least while we were there, it is not water that you would want to kayak or paddle board in and certainly not swim. Like most of South Florida, there was a tremendous amount of sargassum. Although thisis outside the control of the owners, while we were there, the entire canal was inundated with sargassum. It choked out the entire canal and made it very difficult to operate a boat. In fact, on several occasions, both of the boats that we had while we were down there overheated.

This place is Fantastic!! We spent our yearly fishing week here and the place was perfect. The host was very responsive and the house was in perfect shape. We are looking forward to next year!!! Would definitely recommend!

This home meets every need and want when renting for a family of 10 with room to spare. Both indoor and outdoor kitchen are fully stocked, organized and spotless. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Pool was endless fun along with pool table. We utilized the dock with a rented fishing boat for the week. Our host was very responsive and made check in/ out very smooth. Minutes from Publix, Sombrero beach and restaurants. You will not be disappointed renting this outstanding home. We will be back next year!

Our stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The house itself is stunning and truly blew us away—it is even more impressive in person! We had three families staying together, and the layout provided plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves without ever feeling crowded.It is clear that every single detail in this home was meticulously thought of, and it is packed with every amenity you could possibly imagine. The host was also wonderful to work with, remaining very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. An amazing experience all around!
