About this house rental
Oceanfront multi level duplex in a very quiet preservation area 1 mile north of the Sebastian Inlet State Park in Brevard County, Florida (East Coast); 4 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms that comfortably acxommodates 8 people.
Big Family Room, Cozy Full Size Kitchen, new W&D, Internet & Large TVs to access your streaming accounts. Middle Floor has a wraparound balcony w’ kitchen access; fireplace; Master has spectacular beach and ocean views.
Direct/Private Access to a quiet/clean beach. Tiki Hut, Oceanfront deck, and more. A minute walk from balcony to sand!

Master bedroom has its own large bathroom with shower, tub, walk in closet and separate toilet areas (2)

If you need more space for more people, you can also rent the unit downstairs which can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 young children. Units can be connected.

Very beautiful property. It's the perfect place to stay if you do not want see any crowds of people on the beach. The beach is quiet. No lifeguard, so remember to look up the warnings. Plenty of beach toys and chairs. Lots of places to bike.
