The home is located just 1/3 mile from the public boat launch and 1/2 mile from the public golf course. With two distinct spaces, each with its own kitchen, dining and living rooms, this is the perfect spot for guests to gather but also have separate spaces for down-time. Two fire pits, a huge yard and plenty of private parking are just a few of the amenities offered.

Lake access is private, and located across the road from the home. Two kayaks and a canoe are available for guest use.
