The biggest issue we had arriving here is that the address, 136 topsfield road ipswitch, is very similar to 136 ipswitch road, topsfield. both of these are within 10 miles of each other. Since we had 3 separate groups arriving at 3 separate times this can be confusing. The beds tend to be on the firmer side, but were made when we arrived. There is beach gear in the basement to take to Crane Beach. The weekend we visited was during the World Cup, so the traffic around Boston and surrounding areas which is typically heavy, seemed to be even heavier. Using google maps to navigate around helps immensely due to the tight twisty roads in the area. This is a great place to use as a base to explore the eastern Boston/Salem area.

Everything was clean and the space was open and vibrant and had everything we needed for indoor and outdoor space.

Our stay was excellent. The house is very well maintained and was equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. All questions were answered quickly by the host. Great place and great host.
