Note, there IS a connecting door between the two sides in the living room areas. Like a connecting hotel room, it can be opened if guests rent both sides. BEDDING EACH SIDE has the following: Main Floor N Bedroom: King 3rd Floor N Bedroom: King 3rd Floor Middle Bedroom: Queen 3rd Floor S Bedroom: King 4th Floor N Bedroom: 2 Queen + Twin Bunk 4th Floor S Bedroom: 2 Queen + Twin Bunk Main Floor Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa Main Floor Lounge Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa ALL bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with combo shower/tubs. The 2nd Floor LR and Bonus QSS use a common bath separate from that level's bedroom. BEACH ACCESS Casa Playa is located on the north side of West Beach Boulevard, directly across the street from the beach and you can see the beach! You have beach access at the 12th (3 mins, 100Mb down the last test--sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests "troubleshooting" it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction! SOAPS, TOWELS, COFFEE, ETC ETC As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well. No smoking please. No pets. SNOWBIRDS! Up to 2/3rds off for off-season stays of 28 days or longer. We rented both sides of Casa Playa for a friends weekend over New Years and it was the perfect space for us! The house accommodates a ton of overnight guests, but somehow still allows for guest privacy. The kitchens were well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate Richard's proactive communications and professionalism! Thank you for a great experience!

Our team very much enjoyed spending the week at your beautiful home in Gulf Shores. They loved having their own pool, and the large living rooms were great for team meetings. Having 4 refrigerators was key in stocking up plenty of gatorade and protein drinks! The massive size of the house and all of the bedrooms with baths allowed our players nice spaces to rest while not feeling cramped whatsoever. We absolutely loved the trip!

Richard's house was exactly like the pictures and was a lot of fun to stay at. We were a big group with a lot of kids and we had rented both the sections of the house and it worked great for us. The place was clean when we got there and we had plenty of advance details sent to us, so we knew what we needed and what to expect. Richard was always responsive and even when we needed maintenance for a very small issue, they came out the next business day. Appreciated everything and would recommend staying here!

This place was a great place for our family trip. Reserving both condos worked out perfect for 30 people. Richard was very helpful with everything. We spent a lot of time in the private pool which was awesome. The beach is like a 5 minute walk. Make sure to bring beach items such as beach towels, coolers, tents and chairs.

We had an awesome time. My aunt actually book the house last year the the week of Christmas. We had such an amazing time we wanted to book it again. Everything was just like we remembered with a few upgrades( Keurig Coffee maker and Alexia). The weather was perfect and we will book again in the future. The local management company was awesome. After we checked out, one of the kids realized they left their watch charging in the bedroom. The gave us a temporary code to enter the home and get it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home to make lasting family memories.
