This is a beautiful house to gather at with big groups. It is incredibly luxurious and as huge outdoor and indoor spaces to gather. It could be excellent, however not enough towels for all guests (each bathroom only had one guest towel) and the towels in the laundry room, while still not enough were put away wet. I had to washed all towels when we arrived and have a guest bring towels from home. The refrigerator had a full shelf and a doof filled with someone else's food. Then the owner had groceries delivered that we had to use up more fridge space for and put away. We were traveling with a big group and I really needed more fridge space. The owners were in contact, a lot. Which at first was nice, but then was too much as it was about stuff that they should already had done or about their deliveries. Checkout time was also too early and the hosts were texting wanting to get back in.When we rent VRBO houses, I love to "try out" what it is like to live in these homes. I want to feel like it is ours. This home was so close but clearly the owners did not want you to use whole drawer or shelves or some amenities, such as the wine fridge or the sun shade.If the hosts want to keep renting their very pricy home out, I would suggest getting a management company to do so and making sure the house is guest ready. It would have been nice to offer a bottle of wine and a snack upon arrival as well. The little things matter. Make sure everything is well cleaned and cleaned out.

We had a truly wonderful stay and can’t say enough positive things about both the home and the host. From the moment we booked, the communication was consistent, clear, and very thoughtful, which made the entire experience feel easy and well organized. The host was genuinely kind and went out of their way to be helpful, accommodating every request we had and making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.The space itself was extremely clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming the moment we arrived, and it was stocked with everything we needed to settle in and enjoy our time without having to worry about the little things. The layout was comfortable, the home was quiet, and it was clear that a lot of care went into creating a pleasant experience for guests.The location was also a big highlight—very central and convenient to get to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. It was the best of both worlds: close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but quiet enough to relax and unwind at the end of the day.Overall, this was an excellent stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with an attentive and responsive host. We’d happily stay here again.

Home and rooms were new and beautiful. Accomodated our adult family of 8 perfectly. Host was remote and very communicative. Primary suite lacked an available closet, kitchen drawers were empty yet marked, do not use.
