Our stay here was amazing. The property was exactly how it was listed. If you have a boat then this place is amazing for you. The owner was super fast at responding to our messages and even treated us to a surprise order of fresh mahi! Would definitely return!! Perfect family getaway!

Nice spacious house with great access to the springs and the river. Had all the amenities every boater could need including a spot to park your trailer. My family and I had a great weekend.

Our stay was everything we could have wanted and more. The house was very clean, large enough to fit our family and had so many wonderful additions. The boat dock was very nice, tree lights were a beautiful touch and the large ice maker was a huge plus. We would absolutely go back and recommend this to our friends.

Vacassa is terrible for home management. We asked them if the home had paddle boards, they said no( but they do), we asked if the home had a grill, they said no(but it did), they charge a cleaning fee but the house was not clean enough to charge someone. There was pet hair under toe kick of kitchen ( listing said no pets) and the sliding glass doors were covered with kids greasy hand prints. So if these easy to see areas were/are dirty what areas are not clean that are harder to see like beds, pillows, showers...we loved the house and hope the home owners do something about these issues. Plus they need a plumber to fix toilets and showers, and a handyman to fix the front and back door

This property was perfect! We really loved having an ice machine, being right on the water with places to tie up our boats, and the cleanliness was perfect! The paddle board was a hit too! We definitely recommend this property, communication with the property manager was great as well.

This home was great for my friends and my boyfriend for our scalloping trip! It was so close to the springs via boat , and not a bad ride out to the bay to scallop . The home had everything we needed - kitchen supplies , towels , blankets. We enjoyed the games available to play as well. The ice maker was also golden to have ! The home was very clean. The checkin process was easy we met Donna the property manager and she made sure we had everything we needed. We would love to come back every year

The home was just as described in the listing and has a beautiful backyard on the canal to sit and hang out. The industrial ice maker was a plus and the paddle boards and lilly pad walking float were fun also! Very clean! Would stay here again for sure!

The house is absolutely amazing!! All the beds were super comfortable Everything was spotless and the owner was so sweet she went out of her way to get me a grill for my birthday dinner!! We will definitely rent this place again Location is great, super close to the springs and all the restaurants I can’t say enough about it , definitely check this place out you will not be disappointed

Our family visited Homosassa for our Spring Break vacation. This house is ideally located on a canal near the springs. My son loves to fish and enjoyed fishing from the dock and paddle boarding out to the river to fish. This house provided a lot of space and was stocked with everything we needed (minus a grill). The homeowners and local host were very helpful when we needed them. The area of Homosassa is also great. We enjoyed the local state wildlife park, took a boat tour of the springs and swam with Manatees! We also took a day trip to the gulf coast and enjoyed a day at the beach (Honeymoon Island) I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great vacation spot in Florida.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was exactly as described. The home has been recently renovated and is clean and in great condition. Living room furniture is super comfy. All the extra blankets were the perfect touch. Our family of 5 stayed here and never even used one of the bedrooms. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space around the home. We had kayaks delivered to the house when we got there and LOVED the convenience of just loading them straight into the canal from the backyard. (The backyard is an oasis of its own.) We were able to go in and out of the water as we pleased. We saw a manatee mom and baby just out of the main canal out on the kayaks our first trip out. The house has a lily pad and a couple of SUP boards for the renter's use. Our kids LOVED the lily pad. We enjoyed dinner at Crump's Landing just down the road (or river if you have a boat or like a long paddle). Good food, good drinks, great atmosphere, and kid friendly. We would definitely stay here again and again! 10 of 10 recommend!
