Our children have enjoyed using them, but please exercise good judgment and caution with regards to age, ability, weight, etc. Also, since it is an old working ranch, there's always the chance that we've missed a nailed board or something of that nature in the brush. Please be thoughtful about footwear in bushed areas. This home has brought so much joy, community, and blessing to our family and friends, and we are excited to share it with others. As stated above, there is a chapel on the premises, and some religious items throughout the house. All are welcome, though we ask for respectful decorum as this property remains a sacred place to us. 20 minutes from the beach (Ventura, Oxnard, Malibu), and we've got some surfboards and boogie boards for you to take along! 6o minutes to Los Angeles, 35 minutes to Ojai, 40 minutes to Santa Barbara, and 7 minutes to the Camarillo outlets. There's plenty to do in the area, but you might not want to go anywhere at all. :)
