About this house rental
Our cottage is directly in front of Auction Charleston Antique Mall. It is centrally-located on a main road in historic Summerville. Sleeps 6 people maximum with two queen beds and a full bed. Grocery stores & fast food just down the road about a mile in either direction. Close to Summerville and Charleston. Full kitchen, full bath, wifi, Smart TVs, & 100's of dvds.

Guest access
All parts of the cottage are accessible to guests including the 3 bedrooms, full bath, living room and kitchen. The dryer is located in the back of the property, down the handicapped ramp, in the outdoor closet.
Other things to note
Cards, a wireless speaker and some board games are located in the living room under the tv. Sleep sound machines are located in all of the bedrooms to help our guests have a restful sleep. 100’s of dvds are provided for guests entertainment. Bring your Amazon login to access your favorite tv shows on our brand new smart TVs, one in each bedroomsnd one in the livingroom.

Very convenient location. Property was super clean and cozy. We had a hard time sleeping on one of the mattresses as it was VERY firm. By the third night we realized there was a topper in the closet, which was a game changer. One of the rooms has flood lights just outside the windows and the room stays pretty brightly lit at night. My wife and I both like it dark, so we struggled a bit with falling asleep and staying asleep. That same room is on the side closest to the landscaping company that's next door, so the sound of vehicles going in and out of the property early in the morning added to our poor quality of sleep. They're not loud, but you can definitely easily hear them. The owners seemed very friendly. If we had been able to sleep well we would've given 5 stars. Still very much appreciate the cozy stay.

There were some staples but no coffee and no ice cubes in freezer. Both would have been good ton see. I wished for an outdoor chair on one of the porches. The directions on frig were outdated and I would have liked to see a checklist for me to do as I left.

Stay was great, and clean there are some great restaurants near by and an amazing fishing park that was recommended by host. It also has great amenities and great selection of board games and DVDs
