Quite location with garage and good public transport. Awesome accommodation.

Garage in the house ( car wasn't under sun). Location: not far from bus station and shop with the lowest price in Vienna. Very large apartment with all equipment : wash machine, coffee machine, iron etc.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohngegend, ruhig, nahe an Tram. Tolles Gebäude, hohe Decken, Parkett,sehr geräumig, nur müsste ab und zu mal ein Hausmeister die Kleinigkeiten reparieren bzw. alles prüfen.

Fenster ewig nicht geputzt, fehlendes Besteck, defekter Wasserkocher, wie gesagt, Kleinigkeiten, wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt

Sejour agréable mais un manque de suivi dans l'entretien de l'appartement.

L'immeuble est calme. L'appartement, bien chauffé et propre, est tout proche d'un grand magasin d'alimentation et proche également de plusieurs moyens de transports en commun (trams, trains de banlieu et autobus).

La chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas dès l'arrivée et n'a été réparée que 48h après et nécessitant de ma part de nombreux appels téléphoniques avant d'obtenir gain de cause ! La bouilloire était cassée et n'a été remplacée que 48h après. Pas de torchon dans la cuisine La tringle d'un des rideaux de la grande pièce est tombée le jour de l'arrivée et n'a pas été réparée. Pas de tige ou de petite corde pour le tirer. En fait ce type de tringle, très haut placée et sans anneaux, est prévu pour des doubles rideaux fixes, pas pour des rideaux à tirer chaque jour. Comme c'était également une chambre, la lumière du jour me reveillait très tôt le matin. Enfin, comme l'appartement est situé au rez de chaussée, il faudrait aussi que soient installés des rideaux en voilage afin que les passants ne puissent pas voir à l'intérieur. Il est évident que le pire a été la chasse d'eau casée pendant 2 jours !
