I found other place to stay the rest of my working period in the area

No breakfast

It wasnt cleaned. Bathroom and kitchen was dirty. I had to clean the kitchen + kitchen ware before use. Old food in oven, so didnt use it. Dishwasher door broken. Filled ashtrays outside on terrace with top of old cigarette butts. Trash cans were full. No light in ceiling inside main door. Shower covered in old calcium from water. Faucet in bathroom sink loose

Nicht familientaugliche Wohnung für Monteure bzw. Arbeiter

Gute Lage unmittelbar im Zentrum von Apolda. Man kann zu Fuß direkt einkaufen gehen usw. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und hat eine hohe Deckenhöhe. Es sind viele Fenster und die Wohnung ist dadurch schön hell. Dusche und Badewanne sowie die Heizungen funktionierten sehr gut. Zwei Fernseher vorhanden. Internet hat funktioniert.

Die Küchenmöbel sind schwergängig und fallen teilweise auseinander. Achtung beim Wasserhahn in der Küche! Es kam immer zuerst kochendes Wasser raus, egal ob man kalt oder heiß anmacht. Wir haben dann den Boiler relativ kalt gestellt, um sich nicht jedes Mal die Hände zu verbrühen. Beim Öffnen der Spülmaschine fällt einem die Blende raus. Die Bodenblende der Küche fällt ebenfalls schnell raus, wenn man diese mit dem Fuß etwas berührt. Im Badezimmer war der Wasserhahn lose, wodurch man schwer das Wasser an und aus machen konnte, da die ganze Armatur sich durchdrehte. Es war sehr dreckig. In allen Räumen waren Spinnweben an den Decken und Wänden. Wir haben beim Betreten der Wohnung zuerst ca. 2 Stunden überall gesaugt. Der Vermieter hat uns einen Preisnachlass als Entschädigung gegeben. Es gab sehr wenig Besteck und nur knapp Geschirr bzw. Küchenzubehör. Der Wasserkocher war komplett verkalkt und der Filter fehlte. Wir haben uns einen neuen Wasserkocher und einen neuen Topf bei Edeka gekauft. Die wenigen vorhandenen Töpfe und Pfannen sind sehr fettig und ecklig gewesen. Der Backofen war von innen total verbrannt und fettig, sehr ecklig. Die Terrasse hat wirklich gar keine Möbel, weshalb wir diese nicht genutzt haben. Die Betten sind sehr knapp bemessen und erfüllen rein den Zweck einen Schlafplatz für eine Person anzubieten, sind aber sehr unbequem. Unserem Empfinden nach, ist die Wohnung überhaupt nicht für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Es ist wohl eher eine Wohnung für Gastarbeiter und Monteure. Es gibt überhaupt keine Sofa oder Sessel zu Ausruhen bzw. Entspannen. Schwarzer Schimmel in den Fugen und dem Silikon in der Dusche. Alles eher Altbau. Kein Toilettenpapier und keine Müllbeutel vorhanden.
