Disappointing.

Location…

There was a huge heating problem at the place. Additionally, we weren’t access to the hot water. And the room was dirty, I don’t think that they did a detailed cleaning at all. I don’t recommend it. Finally, we couldn’t contact wlth the host and stuffs at all.

Great location, great value

Great apartment in a great location and the best value I found in Krakow. I liked it and would have rate better if not for bad mattress, poor heating and noises during night.

Aggressive staff and poor comfort

The location.

I cannot explain in simple words how mean and aggressive the staff was; we felt genuinely unsafe after a worker slammed the door and acted violently, while the host completely ignored our pleas for help. To make matters worse, the room was uninhabitable with defective heating that left us freezing, a mattress so worn out we slept directly on wooden slats, and spiders inside the bedsheets. A stranger even entered our room unannounced, which was a massive breach of privacy that forced us to leave early
