Good comms. Cheap, easy to find and great video to show how to get in etc. room was way bigger than on the photos!
Room was huge maybe adding a couch and TV could have made it much better but good for price. Curtains may aswell not existed as they were paper thin.

I had a fantastic stay at Fantastic Inn Krakow and really enjoyed my time there. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and only a few minutes’ walk from many of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made everything so convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with more than enough space for two people and also ideal for a single traveller. I really appreciated how convenient the location was, as I could easily walk around and explore Krakow without needing to rely on transport.Overall, I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The combination of the great location, spacious room, and convenience made my visit to Krakow even better. I would happily stay at Fantastic Inn Krakow again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Convenient location with easy access to the Old Town. The train station is about a 30-minute walk away. Easy self-check-in, detailed instructions, and clear communication. Plenty of grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants nearby.
The room was equipped with a kettle, and there was also a microwave and a fridge available in the common area.
Even considering the reasonable price, we expected a bit more comfort.
There was only one power outlet in the room, located quite far from the bed, which made charging multiple devices somewhat inconvenient.
The Wi-Fi connection was also rather weak.
The main issue was the poor sound insulation. We were woken up early in the morning by noise from the shared bathroom when another guest took a shower.
In addition, there were no hooks in the bathroom for clothes or towels. The bathroom also seemed to have no working ventilation, which made it less comfortable to use.
