The apartment came with everything, including a water filter and exercise machine. As a place to catch upcook up a family meal for our son who is studying at ANU it was perfect

Super location right on Lake Burley-Griffin ringed by parks and walking/cycling tracks, near restaurants, a pub, and a bottle shop, and 2 mins drive from Parliament Hill; modern interior with a wall of floor to ceiling glass, 2 big screen TVs, blackout blinds, big empty built-ins, and rainfall showers; lift takes you directly to a private foyer; our dog loved that you could go straight out back onto level grass; accessible from the lake side via only two or three steps, despite being an "apartment"
The parking lot and space were very tight, and it was a bit tricky to find the key holder and the correct garage door especially at night, plus the parking spaces are not numbered in order so getting in was tricky, but once in everything was very nice; the blinds took me quite a long time to put up and down every evening and morning, necessary because people can walk past very near and see in

Location of apartment was amazing and very close to lots of restaurants, size of apartment was great, very spacious, the apartment has everything you need, access to foreshore was amazing and the kids loved riding their bikes out the front for hours, parking was excellent and close to lift and the balcony and view was my favourite spot for a sunrise cocktail and morning coffee.
The Main bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and saggy, bins in bathrooms would be great! Far too many large breakable vases on edge of bathtub and inside showers where shampoo bottles should go. I had nowhere to put my shower toiletries due to the vases. Very impractical and could cause a serious injury should someone smash them whilst showering or taking a bath.
