A magical experience where the staff followed through on the “Be Our Guest” serenade to make us live the fairytale. The room was perfect, reflecting the exquisite charm of Montalcino. The courtyard provided a tranquil escape to drink a cup of tea, read a book, or enjoy a bottle of wine from a previous tasting. The breakfast was five star as you sat in the outside dining room gazing at the local fortress. The restaurant provided amazing tastes of the region. Outside the front door was our favorite Enoteca in the city (also owned by Franci) with a back deck providing a breathtaking view of the Brunello wine valley. Go see Tasi, the hotel’s vineyard, and learn about the Brunello wine, and tell Stephanie her friends from Cape Cod say hi.

Everything, but mostly the attention to details. The breakfast is exceptionally good.

The staff could not be more helpful, they definitely went the extra mile! Breakfast was also excellent. All and all it was one of the very best service we have ever enjoyed and the hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxing. A must is a visit to the owners vineyard, a real experience!
