Casa Franci Montalcino

The room was absolutely wonderful — spacious, elegant, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable, with an authentic Tuscan atmosphere. The breakfast was another highlight, with excellent-quality products, fresh ingredients, and attentive service. The restaurant was equally delightful, offering a lovely dining experience that complemented the charm of Montalcino. What truly made the stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Special thanks to **Giusy**, who went above and beyond to help organize winery visits, private transfers, excursions around Val d’Orcia, and other travel arrangements. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made my entire experience in Tuscany even more memorable. An outstanding place to stay, with wonderful people who truly care about their guests. I would return without hesitation!

Sara and the team were amazing.

We would love to have had a little more night life but the Drogheria was awesome.

Location was wonderful next to the Fortress. Beautiful room and great restaurant next door which was part of the propery.

Didn't have someone at the hotel to speak with, could use WhatsApp to contact them between 8am and 8pm which worked well. At the end of the stay, they had a sister property around the corner that had staff available at the desk which was nice.

Beautiful rooms and amenities. The location is stunning, the staff very welcoming, helpful and hospitable. Would not hesitate to recommend. Hope we can return!
