The rooms are clean and a good size ,modern looking ,tea coffee making facilities good location any questions I ask they got back quickly
The shared bathroom as a fan that does not go off so I could hear it through the night even when the light was off the en-suite is really small and the water is red hot no battery in the tv remote or any channels on the tv

Clean, spacious and tea/coffee facilities and a common area.
The temperature of the shower was so hot, I couldn’t have a shower, my skin became very red on my first attempt.

Ok sized room good communal kitchen / reception area
I persistently messaged staff for a wifi password as i desperately needed it as I don’t get much signal in Blackpool and booked this property as it advertised wifi however nobody got back to me about the wifi and there was not a single sign for the password
