Megan was incredibly welcoming and friendly!
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and clean, a good shower and tea and coffee facilities. No complaints whatsoever.
Great location for exploring Blackpool, especially if you’re doing things on the south shore like Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterpark, Pasaje Del Terror, Ripleys, etc. Easy to walk to the centre or you could also get a tram.
Really pleasant stay, I’m sure I’ll be back some day!

Suitable for one night stay, staff friendly and helpful.
Room (2) had an off putting smell similar to gone off milk, I had the window wide open all night to counter the smell. This needs addressing for future guests.

Location for the pier and or the Blackpool pleasure beach is perfect. Pleasure beach is approximately only 10 minutes walk away so within walking distance. Beds were fine and comfortable with a kettle and complementary teabags and milk and shared toilet/shower on the same floor. Host was friendly. Perfect stay over hotel for short midweek or weekend break and good price. Didn't order breakfast but it did smell nice. Smart TV on wall in main bedroom too. Towels also provided.
WIFI could have been a bit stronger but the visit/stay was mainly for the pleasure beach so we was we out most of the day and late afternoon/evening. Took a bit of used to using an electric shower but water had decent pressure and hot enough.
