The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I really appreciated that they took our luggage to our room while we waited with a complimentary drink and that water got re-stocked every day and the room got cleaned every day. In addition, they upgraded our room and arranged for drop-off at the pier when we left the island. We felt really seen and cared for. The room was beautiful and also the pool and towel service were great. Also the cats from the resort were really cute. All in all, a perfect relaxing stay.
No real complaints. The breakfast was quite simple, but nothing to complain about. And you do need a scooter if you want to get around, because there is not much to do in the direct area of the resort.
