Location, the sitting room and the staff responsiveness.
The bathroom is super tight and the mattress needs urgent change. Stairs can be a challenge

Great sized property. It was clean and comfortable and supplied with everything you’d need for a short break. Great location near Hammersmith station and nice to overlook the park at the rear.

We liked everything: perfect location, great connections by bus or metro, the amenities, the apartment had everything you need.
There were very nice restaurants nearby and the park behind the building.
Alex, the owner is a very kind man. We arrived earlier in London than the standard check in hour and he allowed us an early check in. Very nice of him. Thank you, Alex!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (bliskość metra), w mieszkaniu było wszystko czego potrzeba dla 4 osobowej rodziny.
Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem.
Elastyczne godziny zameldowania (do apartamentu mogliśmy wejść już o godz. 12.00-od razu po przyjeździe).
Klatka schodowa, ale to już zapewne część wspólna.
