Quarto acolhedor, confortável e tranquilo! Atendimento simpático, até me emprestaram um guarda-chuva! O restaurante serve refeições variadas e bem confecionadas a preços aceitáveis! O pequeno almoço é variado! A localização é excelente, perto do centro a pé!

Breakfast was very good. Rooms are adequate, their size is what I would expect with this price. Beds were comfortable and shower is great. The overall value was good.
Upon arrival and check-in we were told the internet was out, so we couldn't use a credit card to pay, we needed to pay cash. This is a common technique we have seen before in Gyumri, here and at other hotels. I'm guessing they are trying to avoid paying taxes or something, but it's a hassle for us to go and get cash, and we didn't have enough for the entire stay. When we said we'd go to another hotel, magically the credit card terminal started working. haha. Everything else was great.
