The breakfast was absolutely over the top, traditional Armenian lavash (bread) and cheese, groats, yoghurt and herbs, plus european dishes, excellent kitchen on premises.
Plus 2 cats ad a lovely sit out garden.

A lovely hotel to stay. Has a unique Character. The staff are very friendly and polite. The breakfast was simple and nice. The whole premises works for a great cause.

Interesting conception of the hotel. Nice cute rooms. Friendly staff. Good location.
Bathroom is quite old.
There was no cleaning after first night, the battle of water was not replaced.
Rather poor breakfast.
