Great 2-bedroom/2 bathroom apartment, with an en-suite bathroom available for the master bedroom. Plenty of communal space with moderate sized kitchen/living area and a large outdoor space. Very clean and great facilities (washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine). Lovely apartment complex with a pool bar and small swimming pools on every level of apartments. 10 minute walk to the closest beach. Several supermarkets within 1-2 minutes and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Free bus to siam park just around the corner (about 5 minutes walk).
Not able to barbecue in outdoor space. Need keys to access pools which is great for safety but makes logistics a bit more difficult with a larger group as only 2 sets of keys. Air con in communal spaces which is great but bedrooms quite warm at night (hosts did leave plug in fans for us though).

Die Wohnung war sauber, komfortabel und wirklich gut ausgestattet (auch die Küche). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit unsere Gastgeberin Emma hat über eine gemeinsame WhatsApp-Gruppe mit Nancy, die sich vor Ort um alles kümmert super funktioniert.
Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, dass alles reibungslos läuft! Vielen Dank dafür an Emma und Nancy ! Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man ist schnell am Strand und der Promenade und ein großer Supermarkt (Mercadona) ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder nach Teneriffa kommen, werden wir wieder diese Unterkunft wählen

We were very satisfied. Everything fully matched the description and photos—no unpleasant surprises at all. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it very comfortable to stay in.
A special mention goes to the large and very удобная terrace—we spent a lot of time there enjoying the atmosphere and the weather. The location is also excellent: the sea is very close, which was a big advantage for a family vacation.
There is a quite nice and well-maintained pool on the complex grounds, perfect for relaxing and changing things up.
Overall, we were left with only positive impressions.
One downside was that it was almost impossible to find parking nearby. The nearest large parking area is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
