Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (4 und 8) fünf Tage hier und rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist ideal: Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants und die Bushaltestellen zu Siam Park und Loro Parque sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet – Bettwäsche, Hand-, Bade- und sogar Strandtücher und Strandspielzeug sowie Föhn waren vorhanden, sodass wir nur mit Handgepäck reisen konnten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, kulant was Check-In und Check-Out Zeiten anbetrifft, haben auf WhatsApp schnell geantwortet und uns persönlich empfangen. Der Pool war für die Kinder ein Highlight. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Die große Terrasse liegt zur Hauptstraße hin, was wir vor der Buchung geahnt haben – tagsüber hört man deswegen den Verkehr deutlich, nachts konnten wir aber absolut ungestört schlafen. Die Anlage Mare Verde scheint bereits einige Jahrzehnte alt zu sein und könnte etwas besser gepflegt sein – das betrifft aber nicht das Apartment selbst. Dieses ist top-modern renoviert. Eine Spülmaschine haben wir vermisst, eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden.

Spacious clean and modern, quiet in a great area, easily accessible with a great pool bar on sight.
The property had everything needed like a home from home, beach towels were provided kitchen fully stocked with with all utensils needed, also with added extras like coffee, tea, oil water and sugar. Bathrooms all had shower gels, shampoo even suncream. Great contact from the start with the ladies running the property. And they were very flexible with check in and check out which was great for our flight times. This was in September so obviously this may differ in peak times.
Terrace was big and well equipped.
Would highly reccomend.

Great 2-bedroom/2 bathroom apartment, with an en-suite bathroom available for the master bedroom. Plenty of communal space with moderate sized kitchen/living area and a large outdoor space. Very clean and great facilities (washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine). Lovely apartment complex with a pool bar and small swimming pools on every level of apartments. 10 minute walk to the closest beach. Several supermarkets within 1-2 minutes and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Free bus to siam park just around the corner (about 5 minutes walk).
Not able to barbecue in outdoor space. Need keys to access pools which is great for safety but makes logistics a bit more difficult with a larger group as only 2 sets of keys. Air con in communal spaces which is great but bedrooms quite warm at night (hosts did leave plug in fans for us though).

Die Wohnung war sauber, komfortabel und wirklich gut ausgestattet (auch die Küche). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit unsere Gastgeberin Emma hat über eine gemeinsame WhatsApp-Gruppe mit Nancy, die sich vor Ort um alles kümmert super funktioniert.
Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, dass alles reibungslos läuft! Vielen Dank dafür an Emma und Nancy ! Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man ist schnell am Strand und der Promenade und ein großer Supermarkt (Mercadona) ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder nach Teneriffa kommen, werden wir wieder diese Unterkunft wählen
