A severely disappointing stay in Brașov due to serious safety hazards, poor cleanliness and more

I rarely write negative reviews and have nothing personal against the host, who seemed pleasant. However, this is the first time I have given such a low rating. For our family, this stay was a major disappointment; had I known the reality, I would have gladly paid double for a better place. While it offers 3 bedrooms and sits ~1 km from the center, it was severely unprepared and unsafe.
Safety & Maintenance Hazards:
⚬ Electrical Safety: The portable AC is connected via improvised extension cords with tangled cables, creating a serious hazard. A light switch is left completely uncovered with exposed wiring—very concerning with children.
⚬ AC Leaks: The unit barely cools the area and leaked continuously onto the floor, requiring a bucket underneath.
Cleanliness & Missing Essentials:
⚬ Cleanliness & Freezer: The floor was noticeably dirty upon arrival, showing it wasn't cleaned properly. Out of 4 freezer drawers, 3 were full of the host's food, and the 1 drawer left for us was filthy. Leftover paper towel rolls and toilet paper scraps were also left behind.
⚬ Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen lacks basic items like sharp knives and bowls. There is only one tiny trash can in the whole house.
⚬ Bathrooms: The main shower has no curtain, clothes hooks, or squeegee, causing water to flood everywhere. The second bathroom has zero shelves for toiletries. No clothes drying rack or hangers are provided.
⚬ Wi-Fi: The internet barely worked; contacting the owner didn't resolve it.
Noise, Parking & Access:
⚬ Noise & Courtyard: Roosters crowed loudly right outside at 6:00 AM daily. The communal building/courtyard felt uncomfortable for my daughter to walk around alone.
⚬ Parking Stress: Promised parking was blocked, and neighbors woke us before 7:00 AM speaking Romanian to move the car.
⚬ Accessibility: Not accessible; steep stairs make it unfit for anyone with mobility issues.
