We absolutely loved everything about this property! It had all the amenities you could possibly ask for, making our stay comfortable and convenient from start to finish. The property was clean, well equipped, and felt like a real home away from home.
The location was also perfect for us. Being so close to the tram station and Co-op Live meant there was no hassle at all getting back home after the concert, which was a huge bonus! Check-in was incredibly easy and straightforward, making our arrival completely stress-free.
Overall, we had such a lovely stay and couldn’t fault the property. Everything was well thought out, comfortable, and convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Parking was very helpful and the location, right next to the Co-Op live arena, was great.
Whilst the flat was clean it is in need of updating, marked walls, worn floors and even some mould in both the bathroom and around the window frames let the property down. The air fryer in the kitchen also didn't work. The supplied towels were helpful but they had a strange smell to them. Almost all the dishes and cutlery needed a good wash before we used them.
Common areas give the first impression when you arrive, they are very dated and in poor condition, whilst that doesn't impact your stay it doesn't look good. There was also a strange smell in the common areas.
