Location, Response & facilities.
Loads of msgs from host, so many reminders of leaving property, cleanliness could have been improved, blankets were too small and no toilet paper at least those could have been provided.

Easy to access the property once an check in details were received. Hosts were accommodating and very quick to respond to messages. Bedrooms had great storage.
The beds were a little low, but comfy. A little short on electrical sockets in the bedrooms.

It was in a great area, so close to both the stadium and the arena. the pool table was great
There was no mirrors in the entire place, so needed ti take our own to get ready with. Water was cold the whole time for showers. Spent the first in the freezing cold because heating didnt work, turns out the boiler had been turned off completely. There is no plugs next to the beds in any rooms, only one double socket half way across the room
