The hotel was not too big everything was easy to find and the po was excellent

It's located next to a plaza - The Source OC - which is very pleasant and convenient for an evening stroll or even if you crave for some Korean food. Noise cancellation is not bad but I still, sometimes, heard my neighbor opening and closing the curtains.
There was hair in the bathroom when we checked in. It wasn't that serious so we didn't bring it to the receptionists. Overall, everything was fine. Lovely

Property is outside and inside is nice . Very elegant decor and ect . Property internally is clean and nice . You can smell the cleanliness and I like that . House keeping is doing a great job. I called morning of check out for a towel and they were quick and prompt with delivery.
Property is decent; however, the parking situation is odd and uncomfortable. There is no street parking, self-parking lot, or parking structure available to guests, so you are forced to valet your vehicle. What makes even less sense is that valet simply parks your car in the parking garage attached to the hotel building. On top of that, you are charged a $27 valet fee plus expected tips every single time you take your vehicle in and out, which becomes very expensive and was definitely not something I expected.
For 1 night stay for over $209.00 you’d think breakfast would’ve been included in the reservation.
Coffee creamer is limited to 1 small creamer per person which is a very small amount.
Chandler light in room at table fell on my husband’s head after hitting it while attempting to sit down . He fixed it .
Also, upon check-in, the front desk/guest services experience was unpleasant. The older blonde woman assisting us had very off and unwelcoming energy. Her demeanor felt awkward and intense, she barely made eye contact, and she did not seem friendly at all. She appeared irritated to help and as though she did not want to be there. It made the entire check-in process feel uncomfortable and awkward.
