We only provide amenities for the first days of stay, like toilet paper and a small pack with shampoo.



We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay:

No parties, events or smoking: Parties, events and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the stay and eviction, as well as charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Please do not book the property if you intend to host a party or event.



Respect the property and neighbours: Please treat the property as you would your own home and be considerate of our neighbours. Significant noise, loud music and other disruptive behaviour are not permitted after 10:00 PM.



Keys and access: At check-out, please leave the keys on the table inside the property. Do not leave the keys in the lock or in the door. Please keep the keys secure throughout your stay and ensure they are left as instructed when you check out. Please take care not to lock yourself out. A minimum call-out fee of €50 will apply if we need to provide access to the property during your stay or to the next guests because the keys have not been returned by the agreed check-out time. Additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances and any costs incurred.



Lost or damaged keys: Please take care of the keys throughout your stay. If a key or key set is lost or damaged, a minimum replacement fee of €80 per key set will apply. Additional charges may apply depending on the type of key, replacement requirements and any other costs incurred.



Check-out extensions: Any request to extend your stay must be made before 4:00 PM on the day before your scheduled check-out. If less notice is provided, in addition to the cost of the extra night(s), a €43.05 fee will apply to cover the last-minute cancellation of the cleaning service.



Late check-in: Late check-ins are subject to an additional fee:

8:00 PM–2:00 AM: €40

After 2:00 AM: Availability must be confirmed before booking.

The applicable fee must be paid before check-in by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre.



Guest registration: All guests are required to provide valid identification documents before check-in so that we can complete the mandatory registration with the Portuguese authorities. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
