This large nicely decorated houseboat features 2 bedrooms and a living room including a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The bathroom is fitted with a bath tub/shower and a separate toilet is available. There is a large dining table with a view of the canal. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, oven and refrigerator. There is a view through the large bedroom window to the living room at the old 17th & 18th century warehouses opposite the canal . Child cradle is available upon request. This Houseboat-Apartment is suitable for max. 4 persons (= 4 sleeping places). Will be appreciated to receive additional travel information and expected arrival time in advance. Please note that late check-in after 8 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in after 10 pm is on request. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required for incidentals. The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property. There is a separate toilet in the hallway and near to the entrance. Via the hallway you will find the main bedroom with King-size bed and attached a bathroom with sink and bathtub. There are tram-bus stops around the corner with connections to most places of interest in Amsterdam.
