About this house rental
Enjoy this modern, peaceful home nestled in a safe neighborhood in a great location. Located 25 miles to Walt Disney World, 13 miles to Gatorland, 20 miles from SeaWorld's Discovery Cove, 23 miles to Universal Studios, 18 miles to the Florida Mall, and 19 miles to Orlando International Airport, just to name a few. Locally, it is walking distance to a man made beach and marina.
House is a duplex - 2 bedroom, 1 bath . You have your own private driveway with two spaces, no shared spaces. Sorry we do not allow pets, or parties. There is a smart AC, and smart lock, there are also two smart TVs - we do not have cable TV, you will need to use your accounts for Netflix, etc. Free washer and dryer in unit.

Very nice little place perfect for our family of four, close to beautiful downtown St Cloud but in a quiet, lovely spot in the States Streets neighborhood. Our kind host was easily and quickly reachable when needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great little place. Will rent it again. Close to everything. Needs chairs in private yard and 1 ply toilet paper kind of sucked but definitely recommend.

Host is very responsive and kind. We had issues setting the temp in the home (user error). She quickly responded and helped us despite it being later in the evening. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that’s convenient to stores. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Great location, near our family we were visiting. Owners are wonderful and helpful.The bedroom with bunks is great for family style. Just note the bottom bunks are at floor level. Great for kids… one bunk has upper and lower double mattress’s, great for couples if they are agile. The other bunk consists of twin sizes. They have a playpen and high chair, also helpful.Location great and away from crazy Orlando traffic. We will definitely return next time we meet family in Orlando.
