This home is located in the East Campus neighborhood, where you can leave your car behind and explore the best of Eugene on foot. Stroll to the Rhododendron Garden at Hendricks Park (just over half a mile), fantastic restaurants downtown (a mile and a half), and football games across the river at Autzen Stadium (less than two miles). As you step through the door after a day out and about, you'll be struck by the openness of the living space, where sunlight streams in through large picture windows. There's a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sliding doors that lead outside to the patio, and a comfortable living room where you can unwind in the evenings - relaxing by the fireplace and watching movies on cable and streaming. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: No parking available. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house itself was very cute and a great location near the UO campus. However, the home was not cleaned properly for new guests and the Vacasa team was not helpful with addressing my concerns.
