How clean the room was, everything was neat and tidy.
That we couldn't cook food as there was no stove top, but thats okay, plenty of food places near :-)

Location great if heading to airport 40mins away)or overnight trip to Auckland.
Easy access to and from motorway.
Great cafe/ bar next door for meals.
We had a late flight in so key was left in safe for pick up as it was a cold evening we appreciated the heating being put on for us.
Fan in bathroom stays on for long time so avoid putting on in middle of night 😀

The motel is convenient and has a great restaurant next door, as well as biltong and cheese shops. They provide a good number of towels and the kitchen is well equipped. Check in was at the restaurant and the staff there are friendly and welcoming.
The shower drain was very smelly, and the toilet was not clean. I had to scrub inside the bowl when I arrived, with a toilet brush that was old and dirty. I stay here frequently and the rooms are usually clean, but they always have a damp smell, and the shower drains are often smelly.
