We were met by a representative of the property when we arrive and he gave us a tour of the building entrance and the apartment showing us what keys to use and how to use everything in the apartment, like the dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioner. The bed and pillow were comfy. Nice walking in showers. The primary bedroom had an ensuite. There was a small balcony but it was enough to get some fresh air a do a little people watching. The neighborhood was very nice and close to everything and the street this apartment is on actually divided two of the most iconic neighborhoods in Madrid, The Literature District and Lavapies. This property is about a 4 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and 6 or 7 minute walk to Puerta del Sol and a short walk to Mercado Anton where we found an awesome Mexican restaurant. There were a lot of very good restaurants for brunch and dinner nearby.
There is a desk in the kitchen but no available outlet next to the desk to enable it to be a functional place to work from. I recommend they unplug their router that sits on the desk and occupies the only plug next two it and they but a 2 in 1 plug convertor so the router and a laptop can be plugged in at the same time. I had to sit at the island in the kitchen to work and the island chairs had no seatbacks like the desk chairs so were a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location, spacious, clean, kitchen big enough for a group, two bathrooms, balcony, washer, glorious central a/c (!), elevator. Host was very communicative.
There were many small repairs that were needed, the glass coffee table is a hazard because it is hard to see, no paper goods in the kitchen, not enough dish soap or garbage bags, no hand towel rack in en suite bathroom. It is a beautiful apartment it could just be elevated slightly with more attention to detail.

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä. Lämmitys toimi.
Portaikosta mentiin suoraan keittiöön. Ulkovaatteille ei ollut ainoatakaan koukkua. Astianpesukoneen käyttö oli hieman hankalaa. Ohjelmiston valinta huono.
