The property was neat and clean. Every bedroom was equipped with all the basic amenities. The property manager was excellent and left no stone unturned towards our comfort. They were always readily available and extremely helpful. The location is 10/10, it’s 10 mins walk from Motel Mexicola Canggu and sits right in the middle of the Main Street and the supermarket is right next to the villa.
We had a minor issue with electricity (beyond the control of the villa) but it was dealt with swiftly and efficiently, the villa team was so hands on and apologetic about the situation that I wouldn’t even consider it as a problem anymore!
