Location to the beach
Water supply is not really good. Television did not worked that day.

The beds are very comfy, the rooms are spacious and the water pressure is great for the Philippines.
Complimentray water in the room.
Over all not very clean, pool not welcoming, the staff at the reception is not friendly and not attentive at all.
Want us to pay for the laundry twice because they don’t follow up with the traces.
The gym smells bad and gives the feeling of beeing out of service.
Not a well maitananced hotel.
