Siamo stati sei notti in questo boutique resort. Piccolo, molto ben curato, dotato di due piscine. La nostra sistemazione, la garden, grande, pulitissima con grande letto comodo e cuscini morbidi. Pulizie giornaliere impeccabili. Grande bagno dotato di tutti i comfort. Stanza con ventola e climatizzatore nuovo. Dotata di ampio patio sul giardino con stendino. Posizione scenografica, tranquillissimo, a ridosso della strada locale dove troverete tanti piccoli localini di street food (il personale del resort pranza solitamente qui). A dieci minuti a piedi dal villaggio di El Nido (pessimo luogo dove stare ma dove bisogna andare per qualsiasi tour). Dotato di un ristorante ottimo, cibo freschissimo e ben cucinato, aperto agli esterni a detta di tanti il migliore ristorante della zona (cosa che confermiamo). Colazione ottima ed abbondante, buona la spa ed i massaggi. Personale gentilissimo. Dotato di servizio gratuito di tuk tuk da e per El nido. Insomma complimenti!

Bed, bed linen and view- though you can find the resorts with the same view for the much lower price.
When we arrived to the resort we should wait for some time, but when our time came then it was forgotten to invite us. All our stay we had a construction with it's noises nearby our room what didn't allowed to relax. Any notice or appologises about that were made. Wifi was not working properly- it was promissed to tell us voucher number, but was forgotten. Breakfast was awfull- eggs benedict were just a name.. It's absolutely overpriced resort and it was a big mistake to stay there......

Cadlao Resort was beautifully situated with easy access (via the hotel provided tricycle) to town and a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly, accomodating and the restaurant was unexpectedly creative with well prepared and interesting menu choices. There were many small touches that enhanced the experience. Foot baths to wash off sand before entering the room. A nice drying rack outside the door and a lovely porch with chairs if you wanted to stay close to your room. The grounds were lovely and well maintained with a nice (more than one) pool area. I loved the feeling of a small boutique resort. Excellent breakfasts.
I would have liked to have had a television in the room, but it's not a deal breaker.

The view is so amazing. The cabanas are spacious and clean. The location is what we needed for a restful vacation. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s just us and the serene sounds of the ocean. The restaurant serves a fusion of Filipino and western cuisine. Everything is superbly cooked at my standard. Drinks are perfectly mixed to my liking. Kitchen staff are always on their feet to serve and satisfy our needs with smiles on their faces.
Housekeeping staff are doing their job diligently. In general, all of the Cadlao’s staff are 10/10.
I’ve nothing to complain or to add.

the pool is unbelievable, room has a very comfy bed, the staff was smiling and helpful all the time, breakfast was excellent (with incredible croissants!) and they have FREE drinks every afternoon for the guests. We couldn’t feel more spoiled! They helped us with airport transfers and with everything we needed. It was a perfect stay.
I loved everything. The bedroom could have a little more light.

I absolutely loved the property! It was close to town, but in its own oasis. They would take you close to town in a tuktuk whenever you asked and pick you up at same spot. The restaurant was lovely. I loved breakfast and their afternoon cocktails were amazing. The view is breathtaking and something I will forever remember. All the staff was accommodating and kind. I would 100% stay here again. I stayed in the seaside cottage and the pool cottage. The seaside cottage rooms view was amazing, but I would stay in the pool cottage in the future as it’s much cheaper and still very amazing! Ask for room Lima! Also we used the tour agent across the street from Cadlao and they were great! Pick up right in front of cadlao felt very worth it.
My only cons were that the showers are those showers in the middle of the bathroom were everything gets wet. I don’t like that. Also the water did have a little smell. I also wish that they worked with the tour agency to book things for you and arranged it. Lastly, they should give you more water in the room. Every other hotel gave us more than just two small plastic bottles. I suggest giving us two glass refillable bottles as well.

Our room was cosy but well equipped with everything we needed, the aircon and ceiling fan worked very well. there was a complimentary tuk tuk service to town which we used every day. The pool was in a great location with sea views as was the restaurant. Food and drinks (especially the cocktails) at the restaurant were fairly priced and breakfast and all the other meals that we had were very good. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Was amazing the resort, the facilities very clean and comfortable the trees and the view, the personal always with a smile they solved all the problems and create a great atmosphere for you comfort, highly recommended if you want pass a great time you need to be there

The food wasn’t wonderful. The staff at the restaurant were not friendly and didn’t really seem to enjoy being there, which is so unfilipino.

Cadlao was amazing! The best part was the friendliness of the staff. We couldn’t believe the views, the pool was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. If we are ever in El Nido again we’ll definitely return here.

The street going to the property is not good and going to the property from the main road must be reached with a Motorola or a 3 wheeled small vehicle… not so comfortable… but also fun riding with that vehicle…a surprising, funny adventure for my guest.

The room was spacious, clean, with simple and elegant decor. The property is very clean, the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The food at the restaurant was slightly over priced.

We loved the restaurant and the staff were amazing. We really loved the free Tuk Tuk ride into town.
The room was very small and needs some renovations. We complained that lots of ants were getting in the room. They tried to help but it was useless.

The location is amazing with an incredible view out to the islands. Best of all was the staff who were so hospitable - even when we had a 6am flight and had to leave very early. The food and drinks at the restaurant were top quality too, particularly the fish and “bananacoladas”.

The property is really beautiful, landscaping and maintenance of the gardens was good. They provided “tuktuk” to go to the Main Street. Pool near the restaurant has a nice view of the ocean. The restaurant also served good breakfast both continental and Filipino breakfast. The staff was exceptional esp Amiel in the restaurant. Also since our flight was delayed 7 hrs, I was in constant contact w/ staff as to them getting us in the airport even if the front office was close since we arrive close to midnight. Exceptional service!
Only rainy season but we know before hand it is rainy season in the Philippines.

This is an excellent resort with gorgeous looks of the Cadlao island. Everything was perfect except for the fact that my visit was in the wet season, hence some rain occasionally-but thectesirt was not responsible :)

Good location next to the beach with fantastic view of the islands.
The room was small (our choice though) with hardly place to open our two luggage. Bathroom can be improved to look cleaner the what at present. The room was at an extended part of the property.

I love the vibe here and the food & happy hour cocktails were superb! The staff were also very friendly and their service is really great and the sunset view is incredible!

The beach isn't ideal for swimming but there are 3 swimming pools on the property in different areas so it never feels too busy and the grounds are nice to walk around. We had good food and margaritas at Happy Hour watching the sunset. To get to the hotel you have to get dropped off by an alley and they then send a tuk tuk to pick you up and drive you along the beach. You can get picked up and dropped off here any time with their free shuttle and then walk about 10-15 minutes along the beach to El Nido town where there are lots of bars and restaurants.
The room we had was tiny. You could literally only just walk around the bed. There was no room to put anything and the wardrobe is tiny.

Cadlao exceeded every expectation. The resort is 5 star and the staff are so friendly. The rooms were very clean, the views are incredible and the restaurant and free breakfast in the morning were top notch. It’s perfectly placed just far enough away from the main town so it’s not noisy. But also not too far away where you can’t easily walk 6 min to the main road. With that said, you definitely don’t want to stay in town, it’s busy and noisy. Cadlao felt like it’s an Oasis.

We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade upon arrival, along with a refreshing complimentary drink. As we entered our room, we were immediately awestruck by its amazing features and high-quality design, especially the garden rooms. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure a luxurious experience. To top it off, the buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a delightful spread of delicious options. We initially worried about transportation to the resort, but they had plenty of tricycles available, making it convenient for us. Our stay at this exceptional place was truly remarkable.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor aspects that could be improved. The water in the shower had a hint of a rust-like smell, which we understood may be attributed to the deep well source. Similarly, the pool had a noticeable scent of chlorine. Additionally, we would have appreciated having a mini fridge in our room. Nonetheless, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall positive experience of our stay.
