The front desk staff here really left a great impression on us. Every time we walked past the counter, the team was very warm and always ready to help answer local questions. We needed some advice on booking island hopping tours, and the front desk handled it very quickly without any trouble at all. It always feels good to meet people who genuinely care about the guests. The location near the port also made getting around town quite convenient. Overall, the friendly service team was definitely the highlight of this stay.

We booked a sea view room. The space is quite simple and feels comfortable with natural elements. The bed is very big, and it was extremely comfortable to sleep in after running around outside all day. Having air conditioning and free Wi-Fi was also very convenient. The private bathroom is clean and has all the basics. A small downside is that the room is not super large, so moving around with big luggage is a bit limited. However, for this price, the comfort level is totally fine and met my needs for this trip.

Wonderful stay at Z Garden Hotel
I had a really pleasant stay at Z Garden Hotel in El Nido. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made me feel comfortable right away.
The hotel has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was also convenient for exploring El Nido and getting around the area.
What I appreciated most was the excellent hospitality. The staff were always ready to help with transportation, tours, and anything else I needed during my stay. Their kindness and genuine service really made a difference.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay at Z Garden Hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with friendly staff and good hospitality in El Nido.

The staff were lovely. The room and decor was really nice.
The noise. The doors slammed very loudly and you could hear every conversation and coming and going in the hallway. The dogs barked pretty often and the motorbikes parked outside is a ridiculous idea- you can hear everyone parking and starting their engine. Falling asleep was very difficult and if you did a slamming door on your floor or the floor above would certainly wake you up.
