The apartment has a great location, with everything close by and easily accessible. Communication with the agency was very good – quick responses and clear instructions. The WiFi also worked well throughout our stay, which was important to us.
Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The bed linen was dirty in some places, and there was visible mold in the shower cabin. The biggest issue was the refrigerator – we were informed in advance that it was not working and that a replacement would be provided, supposedly around 100–110 cm in height. However, the replacement fridge was only about 60 cm tall, which was far too small for 5 people over a 3-day stay, especially with outside temperatures above 35°C.

The best part of this place is definitely the location – 10/10. Everything is within walking distance: all the main and important sights of Rome are just a short walk away, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable.
The apartment itself is very authentic and typically Italian, which made the whole stay feel even more special and local.
Communication with the staff was easy and pleasant from the very beginning. Daniele welcomed us warmly and shared everything we needed to know for our stay in Rome, from practical information to helpful local tips.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Rome in the best way possible!

Situation exceptionnelle
Fortes odeur s d’évacuation dans l’une des salles de bain, une des toilettes presque bouchée.
Appartement pas très propre avec mouchoirs et cotons tiges sales retrouvés sous les lits.
Très bruyant, la petite cour fait caisse de résonance et on entend tous les voisins
