Could have let us know it was upstairs, the toilet seat was not secure, could use a luggage caddy to put your luggage on and a shower caddy for shampoo, conditioner, etc. also a night stand in the bedroom for phone, etc. The bathroom hook by the shower was loose and the shelf under the tv was coming out of the wall

Our apartment was in a great location and it was very clean. Perfect for two couples or family. We were able to walk to Fallsview Casino for a concert, but we did take an uber going back as it is in a poorly lit location. Parking was right outside our unit.
We did have a Keurig coffee maker, but no coffee pods to start the morning. Providing regular keurig coffee pods or tea would have been great as well as some bottled water. All in all we were very happy with the apartment and would definitely go back.

The apartment, described as 106 m², felt more like 60-70 m². But it is suitable for an overnight stay while traveling through. However, please note that all attractions are only accessible by car and parking downtown is very expensive (e.g., parking at the Rainbow Bridge costs CAD 5 per 30 minutes).
The apartment is located on the first floor and is only accessible via many steep steps. The furnishings are spartan, with two very small bedrooms, each just large enough for a queen-size bed (no nightstands; no bedside lamps).
The particularly problematic issue, according to the landlord, is the very sensitive door locking system: After an incorrect operation, the apartment was inaccessible for an hour. Despite three phone calls, there was initially no concrete solution; only after contacting Booking.com did we receive assistance.
Overall, we would have appreciated a more accurate description and significantly more support from the host.
