Homey luxury in a great location

The location was great for seeing the sights of Sarajevo. The parking was easy to navigate. The apartment was lovely, with a great view, beautifully decorated. It even had live plants.

The second room was a little small, so if you're traveling with someone you may have to fight over the big one. But the big room was extremely big.

Cockroach, dirty, rude host!

The location was good.

The apartment was dirty and we found a cockroach in the bathroom and hair in a bed. The host was very rude and tried to push us to cancel our stay with booking.com and pay her direct. She offered no resolution to the issues we found, and was just rude and aggressive. There’s nowhere to park to collect the garage key from the apartment so we got a parking ticket. The second bed isn’t a bed, it’s a sofa bed.
