Heiata was very friendly. She picked us up from in town and arranged a taxi the following morning back to airport. The rooms were very clean and tidy and perfect for relaxing. We had a great night sleep. It is very close to walk into town down a steep, short hill.

Heiata was super-helpful: she waited up for our late-night arrival and even gave us a ride to the ferry when we left. The apartment was perfect: a full kitchen, spacious sitting area and large bedroom. The location was really convenient, both for driving and for walking. We had a very small car, so the parking wasn’t as difficult as we had read in some of the reviews.
