Riverside Cottage No 4 was clean, modern, spacious and was well-equipped with everything we all needed (5 adults, a baby and a cockapoo). The beds were comfortable, the heating was reliable (to dry out our damp rain clothes) and the hot tub was a treat to relax those walking legs.
The Bobbin Mill café was gorgeous, however once checked in on the Monday, it closed and remained closed until Thursday, which was a shame as it didn’t give us much time to use the facilities.

We were upgraded because our original property was being worked on. The new property was very comfortable and had a lovely river view. Excellent kitchen facilities.

Great location about 5 mins drive into keswick. Well kept holiday park. Easy access to the Threlkeld trail. Dog friendly. Basic cottage but everything we needed was there.
Some bits in the cottage a bit dated e.g. sofas and mattress.
