Perfectly situated and spotlessly clean.

Lovely riverside cottage.

Lovely cottage freshly refurbished, one of three cottages. Backs on to the river, and Also has hot tub which was a nice suprise.

There was a lack of hanging space for wet towls in the bathroom or any wet clothes, especially with a hot tub it was needed. We had to hang towels from doors to dry. Would definitely benefit from drying racks. As the other cottages were getting renovated, we were disturbed by workmen on a morning. Make sure you have Netflix or Disney plus as the TV has no ariel.

Great that baby stair gate provided but didn’t work well so bit of a hazard but otherwise well equipped for children.

We had a great time, so relaxing and quiet. I couldn't have asked for anything more from my stay!

The location is great - in a little valley, next to a river, with very quick and easy access to Keswick. Access to the hills above is also extremely simple and the scenery is excellent. The holiday park was quiet and well kept. staff were friendly.

Only thing is the sitting area at the back of the cottage - would be great if the planters had trees or bushes in to make it a bit more private. But it is still pleasant area as it is - I am just anti-social!
