Over water Villas were amazing. And the pool was warm. Amazing. The surroundings of course

The food not so delicious

Amazing area, amazing staff, perfect rooms

Nothing except for the earthquake we experienced when we were there (as the whole Flores island) and which was not the fault of the hotel of course

Overall the staff is very friendly, nice room.

they were reparating couple of water villas next to us, which wasn’t very silent. The drilling makes a lot of noise, so we never stayed at our own watervilla terrace because of that. The sheets had stains and there was an issue with our order at the restaurant (they brought us the wrong food) and they just didn’t bring us any food at all after that. Miscommunication on their end, but they didn’t do anything about it, so after an hour we left.
