The amazing service and staff, combined with the location and their facilities such as the Black Swan Tour

Was one of the best hotels we've stayed in, in all of Indonesia! The view from the hotel was incredible, staff were so friendly (especially Lasty who was always working at breakfast time) and the gym was great! The buffet breakfast was incredibleeeee ! Would 100% come back and recommend.
One small thing: would be super helpful if they noted which dishes were vegetarian at the buffet - with a little "V" on the label. Would be very helpful to many guests who don't eat meat or fish etc.
