Localização muito boa, acesso fácil, apartamento espaçoso e bem equipado. Recebemos reposição de alguns itens (água, biscoitos, produtos de higiene, etc.).
Algumas das camas não eram tão confortáveis, mas no geral atendeu muito bem. Vimos uma barata no primeiro dia, mas depois não tivemos nenhuma intercorrência.

Overall the place fit our needs. There was a big fridge, a shower in each room as listed, and a spacious living room and dining room. There was always someone at the front desk, and water and snack bars outside our door every morning which was a nice touch. We ran into a few minor issues, I just mention in case. 1. I saw in other reviews the master bedroom gets muggy, and that was true. It wasn’t unbearable but to try and limit it we kept our door cracked open and the AC running. Because of the change in temperature or atmosphere, the ac leaked on to a lot of my stuff so I just suggest you keep your things away from the AC unit to be safe. 2. Be cautious when showering in the accessibility bathroom because it doesn’t have anything to stop the water (so wheelchairs can go in and out). Again, don’t take these as big complaints just something to be cautious about. Despite the few minor issues, they were quick to help out. Drying my pillow that got wet and making sure the issues didn’t reoccur. We really enjoyed the hospitality from Oswaldo and Jason. Located walking distance from the beach, Walgreens, and food spots. We even walked to La placita one night. Thanks again for the nice stay.

The property was close to restaurants and the beach. We liked the price.
You can tell it was an old building. It has a mold smell. The beds wasn’t comfortable.
