The staff were extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond. The owner, Veronica is just amazing and takes good care of her guests and staff. The location is also excellent for a rest away from the busy area but still close, very good security and clean modern rooms. Delicious breakfast served everyday for a time that suit guests, I’d recommend the banana pancake! I ended up extending my stay several times, no wonder it’s one of the highest rated accommodations in Kuta.
