The apartment is lovely. Comfortable, well appointed and well equipped. The host answered my queries promptly and was very helpful. And if you like South East Asian food you are in the right place, with great Malaysian downstairs and a choice of Indonesian and Thai up Sussex Street.
The location near a busy intersection in the city meant that it was quite noisy, but that aside it's a great apartment.

Good location. Near Darling Harbour.
The floor was dirty when I first moved in.This place is particularly noisy at night; kept awake every day by the sound of traffic (there is a highway near the building). The bed is very small and unconfortable, and my feet always stick out. It's inconvenient to pick up the keys, and the level of cleanliness is just average. The Wi-Fi broke down once, and I tried calling the landlord, but no one ever answered or offered any help.The stove and shower run on gas, and every time I finished showering, I could smell the gas.One morning, three guys knocked on my door loudly to check the smoke detector, but I was still in bed, very annoying. The landlord is usually unreachable; I've called multiple times during my stay, but no one ever picked up. The accommodation wasn’t worth the price, so I later moved to a real hotel, which felt much more comfortable.They required a $200 bond before check-in, but I checked out on 27 September and still haven’t received it back, even though it's now the 9th October. They told me to contact the Booking.com for the issue, but Booking advised me to reach out to the landlord instead. Thus, the service has been unsatisfactory.
