I did not expect for this place to be so big. I came because I have family in the area. My family was able to come over and spend time with us at this home. I will definitely be getting this home again when i come in town.

This house was great. The beds are very comfortable and everyone had their own private space. We would definitely rent again if in the area.

This was a nice large house for family Christmas gathered from across the US. The house sleeps 11 but dining table seat 4 and living room has only 2 couches so we found ourselves having to be creative at mealtime and hangout time. It’s a nice historic home which means uneven floors and front steps and steep steps to get upstairs which was a concern for the 80 year olds in our party. Overall I would stay here again

Disclaimer - I have never given a detailed review on places we've stayed. I only share this info so you can make your own decision about if this is a good fit for you. We were visiting for the Blue Angels homecoming airshow. The day before checking in we hadn't received check-in info, turns out you don't receive that until "the cleaning team has completed" on the day of your arrival. The only reason I discovered this is because I contacted the owner - there was no communication to me about the check-in process. There's also no book or anything in the home to tell you anything. I had to text the owner to get the wifi password. When we got to the home it was disappointing to think the cleaning team had been there that day and the house "clean". But once we got settled, we realized it wasn't very clean at all. The floors still had dirt/dust on them, rugs had chips, crumbs and wrappers. We had a bottle of water leak in the kitchen and cleaned it up only to discover that was probably the first time the floors had been washed. There's a gap between the back door and the frame so bugs get in. Our family woke up with mystery bites in the morning. We sent the kids out back to play and it became a game of what they would find in the back yard. There were things from broken glass pipes to light bulbs and even potatoes. On the othe end of the spectrum... The beds were comfortable if you were able to sleep not questioning what was in the house or bed. So if you just need a bed...
