The hotel was so nice! Our bungalow was very clean and we got upgraded for free and was allowed to check in super early! The location is perfect if you don’t care for partying or night life. So quiet and a lovely private beach. Food was so good too as well as the drinks.
Personally I loved everything, I did get bitten but nothing to do with the hotel. I guess my only thing would be the free shuttle to town is at bad times, 8am and 4pm when the only shuttle back is at 4:30pm. One during the day would be nice, like 12 ish then can also have one back at 12:30 for the people that went at 8.

Right on the beach, quiet location, kayaks available to use.
Slow service in the restaurant - might have been understaffed due to it being the off season, but the food was delicious and it was great value for money. Not easy to walk to shops. Needed to order a taxi or Grab delivery.

Location - away from the noise of Aonang but close enough to go there for convenience. Loved the quietness of the beach Bungalow Number 1 - close to the beach. The terrace was perfect for breakfast. Internet - good speed.
Restless sleep - Animals kept me awake at night - squirrels and monkeys on the roof. There were also quite a few lizards in the room. For my last night, I went to stay at another hotel. Finally, ants on the beach and around the restaurant area. More care about these could make me come back.

Each house had good water pressure, hot temperature water and electricity, TV, and wifi. A little small, but still comfortable. The power outage was always very short... just a few seconds and the emergency lights would pop up immediately in the interim.
Terrible service, especially st the restaurant and reception area. We would sit for 30 to 40 minutes without anyone bringing us a menu or asking if we wanted something to drink or eat and the two ladies in reception were looking at us but they were on their phone. We ended up ordering food by GRAB on a couple of occasions because of bad service.
